Neurosurgeons, dear friends: it is the turn of the Amazon region!

The Brazilian Academy of Neurosurgery, with the wise proposal to hold neurosurgical events in all regions of Brazil, now offered the opportunity to the north region !

We will organize the XV BRAZILIAN ACADEMY OF NEUROSURGERY MEETING 2013 - NEUROAMAZON, in Belém do Pará , July 23 – 27, 2013: thi time of the year, we have a pleasant summer holiday season, with all facilities in order to allow our guests to enjoy our local touristic places. With all my affection and advance deserved, We are prepared to host all of you, including your family members, in order to make your stay the most enjoyable one, along with the warm and fraternal people of Pará.

NEUROAMAZON will be held at Hangar Convention and Fair Center , a convention center that offers all facilities for the scientific program and also, for the scientific exhibit , who will show the most recent neurosurgical equipment and devices .

The XV ABNC Meeting has as its main theme: "New Technologies and Neurosurgery of Tomorrow". An opportunity to reach scientific update, with intense share of knowledge with many distinguished colleagues from Brazil and abroad. Prof. Marcus Tatagiba , President of the German Academy of Neurosurgery deeply supported a simultaneous joint meeting with the German Academy of Neurosurgery.

As for touristic attractions, Belém do Pará offers a wonderful diversity folklore, regional exquisite cuisine – the unique taste of Açaí, Guaraná,Bacuri, Tacacá and the famous “pato ao Tucupi “. The Amazon river, its inmense forest and special wild life, the Island of Marajó , all plenty of touristic programs, wait for you !
